Adventure Advice will send a qualified, experienced assessor directly to your adventure travel operation base. We will then conduct a full evaluation of employee leadership skill levels inside the base operation as well as the operations field leadership skills. Your company’s emergency protocol management plan will be reviewed and emergency scenarios will be presented to the company staff to examine how well the team understands and uses your emergency protocol.
Once the assessment is complete a “grade” for leadership skill level and emergency readiness will be explained to the management team. Any shortcomings discovered will be discussed in detail. If further training is deemed necessary a detailed training program will be developed by Adventure Advice and presented to the management team. |
